Description
Methyl maltol is often used in daily fragrance formulations, but in very low amounts. For pine needles and roses, it has a warming and sweet effect. Mainly used to prepare strawberry, coffee, malt, nuts, vanilla and various fruit flavors. Used for bread, cakes have freshly baked air. And generally can be used as a sweetener.
